The Current State of My Caffeine Deprivation

Still no caffeine, and it’s been a few months

Let’s get to the easy part – I feel great. I am able to stay up late with little drowsiness. I no longer have the energy “droughts” I used to have. I gain my energy from food! I am guessing, but am not sure how I’d test it, that my adrenal glands are still recovering from nearly twenty years of abuse. I expect that I’ll continue to see light progress over the next few months.
